Delspace Developers was established in 2020, but before that it’s Chairman got into real estate formed VBR Infra, founded (Vijaya Bharath Reddy). (2017).
In Andhra he completed couple of approved projects in Vijaynagaram and Vaizag, then due to his forward vision acquired land in Prakasham District where later on NIMZ (National Investment Manufacturing Zone) has come up Currently, the group is actively developing a 48.5 -acre farmland in Prakasham district.
Which replicates the growth pattern of NIMZ Zaheerabad as the land in at a stone’s throw distance of NIMZ A.P.
In 2020, Delspace Developers was formally incorporated, comprising two key entities:
Delspace Developers Private Limited and AGS Wealth Management Services Private Limited.
Delspace Developers Private Limited initially focused on property marketing and consulting.
